Registration to the MUSOC annual meeting 2019 is to be made electronically by completing the respective registration form.

Take advantage of the early bird registration as fees will increase after September 14th, 2019. (Extended until September 20th)

“Ask The Expert Session” will be on a first come, first served basis.

On-site registration: Participants will attend the registration desk to collect the registration kit if necessary. As the waiting line may take some minutes, on line registration and assistance via secretariat is suggested.

Please remember to wear your name badge to all conference activities. The registration desk is located at the foyer area at the conference. These ATES will be available for those registered as physicians.

Registration Desk Hours

The registration desk will be operated for the duration of the Meeting during the following hours:

• Thursday, November 7, 16:00-20:00

• Friday, November 8, 07:00-15:00

• Saturday, November 9, 07:00-15:00

Social Event

Cocktail, Friday 8th, 2019 at 19:00-20:00 at the Venue garden. Ask for your voucher at the registration desk. The cost for an extra ticket in advance is 30 dollars.

One ticket to the Welcome Reception is included with your registration.Please only purchase additional tickets if you are planning to bring additional guests to this event.

A commercial and professional exhibition will take place during November 8-11th, 2019, at Emerald (Sapphire and Ruby).

Hands-on Workshops.

These workshops will be held at Jewels rooms, look for your location as many stations will occur simultaneously.

The Hands-on workshops will take place on November 8-11, from 08:00-18:00.

The hands-on workshops will be guided by leading musculoskeletal ultrasound teachers.

Ask the Expert Session.

A limited number attendees (25) will have a close interaction with one or two experts at Quartz Room. Same level, across the main hall, near the Hotsson front desk.

Clothing is informal for all occasions.


November Average Temperatures in León: 10-25°C (50-78°F).

Please consider long sleeved shirts for the evening.


All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.

Electrical equipment in León is 110 Volt A.C. Some appliances require an adapter for the plug that can be purchased locally.


The Mexican currency is Peso (MXN).

The current exchange rate for US is 20 Mexican pesos. The current exchange rate for Euro is 21.7 Mexican pesos. The Euro and the Dollar fluctuate according to market.

Mexican currency can be drawn from foreign credit cards at almost any ATM. Please check your local bank to verify. Most places only accept Mexican pesos. Credit cards can be used in most shops, restaurants etc.

The 29th Annual Meeting of the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Society conference is eligible for24.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ education (ACCME) and the American Medical Association (AMA).
